Shipping
While we try to ship every customer's order as fast and hassle-free as possible, there are some situations that are beyond our control. Please take note of the points below to avoid any misunderstanding.

Delivery Time
Shipment is made as soon as payment is received for the order(s) you made. All item(s) are shipping from Hong Kong by Air Mail with Registered Post Service. Your order(s) will reach you as fast as 4-6 working days for New Zealand and Australia buyers and 8 - 10 working days for United States buyers.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for orders from NZwatches depend upon the method and option you choose. You can choose to group items into as few shipments as possible.
If you refuse a shipment for any reason, you will be responsible for the cost of shipment, and pay for it.

Customs
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your order reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from NZwatches, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

For APO / FPO / Army Post Address Please notes and be understand that orders placed with an APO/FPO address on our website may result in a lost shipment, it is because APO/FPO can reserved the rights to accept any parcel and the item may loss in transportation afterwards. We can only make sure the parcel can be arrived to your APO address only.
