Inspired by Japanese cocktail culture and specific drinks from the Star Bar in Kyoto – a travel destination where bartender Mr Kishi is chief mixologist, specialising in blending local and international flavours.

 

The Matcha cocktail with its delicate green colour inspired the colour of this timepiece and the dial’s texture is designed to echo the Kyoto Japanese matcha traditional tea ingredients – a speciality from the area.

 

The dial patterns in this limited edition watch echo the light refraction of a cocktail glass alongside vintage numerals like the print on traditional drinks bottle labels.
